Responsibilities
- Design and develop useful, performant, maintainable digital products for clients and their users.
- Contribute across the full application lifecycle, from conception through deployment.
- Write high-quality code incorporating testing, refactoring, and team technical standards.
- Investigate technical problems, debug applications, and implement durable fixes.
- Collaborate with clients, Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other engineers to evolve products around user needs.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, technical monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Complete recruitment exercises involving refactoring and live debugging as part of the hiring process.
Requirements
- Graduate of a top engineering school.
- Strong interest in software development and willingness to learn; prior extensive development experience is not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with varied profiles and communicate constructively through code reviews and pair programming.
- Customer- and value-oriented approach to technology and product development.
- Interest in AI, particularly GenAI, and commitment to continuous technical learning.
- Commitment to high-quality work, structured organization, initiative, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
