Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and design websites and SharePoint pages for corporate communications and mission-focused clients.
- Create visual deliverables including logos, publications, presentations, multimedia products, and videos as needed.
- Apply typography, hierarchy, visual balance, branding, and messaging principles to produce consistent materials.
- Ensure web and visual products comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Facilitate client-facing discussions to interpret messaging, display data visually, and conceptualize analytic ideas.
- Collaborate with designers, senior designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver design solutions.
- Manage multiple assignments, timelines, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in web development and SharePoint development.
- Experience designing and developing products compliant with Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience facilitating client-facing discussions and translating messaging or data into visual concepts.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience supporting intelligence analysts or senior-level and executive staff with graphic design solutions.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Preferred experience in government or defense sectors and knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community processes and requirements.
