Base Salary

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical subject matter expert and champion for enterprise rollout of the selected agentic AI platform.
Partner with HR and business departments to identify bottlenecks, provide technical access and support, and implement AI-enabled workflows.
Define, monitor, and report AI costs and token utilization by department through dashboards and telemetry.
Assess AI vendors and connectivity requests in partnership with Information Security and Legal.
Translate AI security guardrails into business enablement policies with IT, Security, and Infrastructure Engineering.
Build and document support processes, training modules, onboarding procedures, and SOPs for AI tools.
Build internal AI platforms, custom copilots, prompt libraries, and AI-agent toolkits for company workflows.
Prototype AI-powered solutions with non-technical teams and establish evaluation and governance frameworks.
Train and mentor employees to improve AI literacy and promote enterprise adoption.

At least 2 years of experience in agentic AI, IT operations, and business systems enablement, plus 4 years of technical program management experience.
Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or supporting generative AI productivity suites such as Google Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, or Microsoft Copilot in corporate environments.
Experience integrating frontier LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and vector or retrieval systems.
Strong software development fundamentals with proficiency in languages such as Python and C++.
Ability to design with Model Context Protocol servers and connect AI systems to legacy databases and web APIs.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including dashboard telemetry using APIs, Sheets, SQL, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Experience tracking API utilization, software licensing, or operational costs across platforms.
Ability to design and implement repeatable AI-enabled workflows that improve team efficiency.
Ability to explain complex technical tools to non-technical users and coordinate across IT, Security, and Engineering.
Strong agility, communication, ownership, initiative, curiosity, and willingness to rapidly learn and iterate.

Remote-first work arrangement with office hubs in Denver and San Francisco.
Location-based compensation range of $136,000-$176,000.
Security and privacy training is provided, including procedures for handling HIPAA-governed patient information.
