Base Salary
$96k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and optimize secure IL2-IL6 cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Design and implement scalable multi-cloud infrastructure, applications, and services for enterprise migration and mission-critical systems.
- Onboard Azure cloud accounts and applications and establish development, QA, and production environments across classified and unclassified networks.
- Implement automation for provisioning, configuration, security, monitoring, builds, testing, and releases across environments.
- Build and automate CI/CD pipelines and support deployment activities.
- Lead or support cloud migration strategies and adoption of cloud-native services.
- Integrate cloud services with analytics tools and enterprise platforms.
- Support infrastructure security design, patching, compliance documentation, governance, and Authority to Operate processes.
- Navigate client-facing engagements and collaborate with customer, vendor, and application development teams.
- Develop engineering methods and solutions for complex cloud systems, applications, and hardware/software interfaces.
Requirements
- Eight years of industry experience with a bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree plus two years of direct Azure DevSecOps experience, or four years of direct Azure DevSecOps experience.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- CompTIA Security+ or another DoD 8570-compliant certification.
- Experience developing tools and processes that improve DevOps or DevSecOps maturity through automated builds, testing, monitoring, and releases.
- Experience integrating software with IBM Maximo Application Suite, IBM WebSphere, and Red Hat OpenShift on Azure.
- Experience hosting applications on commercial cloud providers, particularly Azure.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms including Docker or Kubernetes.
- Expertise with cloud-native compute, storage, networking, security, and automation services.
- Experience automating infrastructure provisioning with CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Experience automating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab.
- Experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Maven, Gradle, or NPM.
- Knowledge of Python or Linux shell scripting.
- Prior U.S. Air Force or DoD cloud program experience and cloud certifications are preferred.
