Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee detailed quality assurance testing for software products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
- Apply quality assurance best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.
- Participate in peer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- At least 2 years of experience in automation testing.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance testing.
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- At least 4 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with automated testing tools, CI/CD tools, security testing practices, software development lifecycles, software testing certifications, and Fiserv products experience.
