Base Salary
$135k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and operate Palantir software through monitoring, alerting, configuration management, and upgrades
- Deploy Palantir products at customer sites and migrate them to newer infrastructure types
- Debug, improve, and optimize services and infrastructure for reliability and scalability
- Automate manual operations, workflows, processes, and runbooks
- Provide technical troubleshooting for production issues and participate in a support on-call schedule
- Develop infrastructure solutions in Palantir’s Foundry and Apollo platforms
Requirements
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
- Demonstrated coding proficiency in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently using observability tools and service logs
- Ability to work with large-scale production systems involving load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, or configuration management
- Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing objectives, and collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams
