Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices and platform integrations.
- Develop and maintain high-performance Java and Spring Boot applications.
- Create and optimize reliable APIs and asynchronous communication systems.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies and maintain strong code coverage.
- Develop monitoring and alerting solutions and provide production support and troubleshooting.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, business teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Apply scalable architectures, design patterns, coding best practices, and production deployment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, APIs, and asynchronous streaming.
- Experience with production support, troubleshooting, cloud computing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- AWS experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code and AWS Kiro.
- Good understanding of React frontend applications is desired.
- Excellent communication and ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
