Responsibilities
- Assist with developing automation tools and software utilities for autonomous vehicle system integration and configuration.
- Test internal engineering tools, identify bugs, and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
- Support AV kit component preparation, configuration, quality-control checks, and setup documentation.
- Support validation and testing of autonomous vehicle components and subsystems.
- Diagnose system issues using logs, error codes, and testing results, and record validation and troubleshooting findings.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Basic programming experience in Python, C++, or scripting languages.
- Interest in automation tools, robotics systems, and vehicle systems.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as coding assistants is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving ability, willingness to learn quickly, comfort working with software and hardware systems, and good communication and teamwork skills.
