Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex software based on functional specifications using sound architecture, algorithms, data design, and engineering practices.
- Contribute to software architecture and create implementation standards and guidelines for teams and programs.
- Lead delivery pipeline implementation, including automated testing, security, performance, and infrastructure support.
- Author, review, and approve technical requirements and design documents.
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to engineers while serving as an escalation point and subject matter expert for complex production issues.
- Lead architectural discussions, communicate business value and technical impact, and help determine prioritization and technical direction.
- Support application stability and resolution across teams and programs.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience with significant experience designing, building, and maintaining complex software solutions.
- Approximately 10+ years of software development experience and several years of hands-on cloud and DevOps experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core, including software architecture, object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and engineering best practices.
- Expertise in automated testing and quality engineering, including unit and integration testing with frameworks such as xUnit.
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines using AWS or Azure, Docker, Terraform, Helm, and GitHub Actions.
- Significant experience working in Linux and/or Windows environments with modern development tools, CI/CD practices, and open-source technologies.
- Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns; GraphQL experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, provide technical leadership, drive architectural discussions, and support high-quality software delivery.
- Professional proficiency in English at B2/C1 level and Polish at C1 level.
- Experience with Angular, SCSS, and Nx is desirable.
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms, application and infrastructure modernization, and different technology stacks is desirable.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder influence, consensus-building, and independent project completion skills.
