Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, debug, test, and deploy software applications using Python.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage the team, contributing to team and cross-team decisions.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement development best practices that improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and delivery.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and application architecture.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience debugging, testing, and deploying software applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of integration techniques and APIs.
