Base Salary
$100k - $111k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software throughout the entire software lifecycle as part of a cross-functional team.
- Apply software engineering concepts, principles, and theories to solve challenging technical problems.
- Provide technical leadership and communicate technical concepts in a collaborative environment.
- Create and maintain software requirements, documentation, designs, development and test documents, and diagrams.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related science, engineering, technology, or mathematics field, plus 2+ years of job-related experience.
- Alternatively, a master’s degree plus 6 months of job-related experience.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable time after hire.
- Preferred experience with real-time embedded development, C/C++, Linux, network switches, Kubernetes, Docker, containerization, Synergy, and GitLab.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and software engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
- Ability to learn quickly, solve challenging problems, work collaboratively, and provide technical leadership.
- Agile experience is preferred.
