Base Salary
$96k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Service modules.
- Build plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, JavaScript, HTML web resources, business rules, ribbon customizations, command bar extensions, model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Pages, and custom pages.
- Develop Power Automate workflows and Power Platform integrations for business processes, approvals, notifications, and external systems.
- Implement PCF controls and configure Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, business process flows, forms, views, dashboards, site maps, and security models.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Web API, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Service Bus, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and middleware tools.
- Configure Omnichannel for Customer Service, Unified Routing, Genesys Cloud integrations, and other customer-engagement capabilities.
- Implement Microsoft Copilot, Power Virtual Agents, Azure AI, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice capabilities where appropriate.
- Create SSRS and FetchXML reports and support reporting architecture with Power BI.
- Manage solution deployments, version control, release activities, DevOps pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform Pipelines.
- Lead technical design, effort estimates, implementation plans, proof-of-concept solutions, code reviews, testing, production support, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, solution architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and prepare technical, deployment, knowledge-transfer, and support documentation.
Requirements
- 12–14 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE CRM and Power Platform, including Power Platform Center of Excellence experience.
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience and knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
- Experience setting up Power Platform and Power Pages and supporting solution construction and deployment.
- Experience designing components in a Service-Oriented Architecture environment and working with middleware and integration architecture.
- Technical expertise with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, Microsoft CRM SDK, MS CRM Developer Toolkit, and SSRS.
- Experience integrating Microsoft CRM with third-party systems using middleware tools, APIs, REST, Web APIs, and SSIS packages.
- Experience using Azure integration services, including Azure Functions and Service Bus, and using Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream and downstream integrations.
- Experience with data migration, data analysis, data mapping, and data harmonization using out-of-the-box and third-party tools; Azure Data Factory experience is preferred.
- Experience with reporting architecture and Power BI; knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights and Customer Voice is preferred.
- Experience managing cloud platform resources, security models, connectivity, and CRM systems.
- Experience setting up DevOps pipelines for cloud-based CRM systems using standard DevOps tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong technical, client-facing, communication, design, troubleshooting, and mentoring skills.
