Responsibilities
- Align with the sales engineering organization to drive technical sales.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the adoption of features and best practices in the Snowflake ecosystem.
- Influence the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to AI/ML teams.
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges.
- Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to thought leadership through various content formats.
Requirements
- Experience with generative AI and LLMs for chat assistants or unstructured data processing.
- Proficiency in the Python stack including pandas, numpy, and sklearn.
- Ability to code AI/ML prototypes in Python, preferably Snowpark Python.
- Demonstrated ability to architect complex, scalable solutions.
- Experience with the Snowflake AI/ML ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data engineering and ML Ops practices.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
