Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality APIs and services for various user segments.
- Collaborate with AI as a first-class partner in the development process.
- Define and codify AI-Native engineering practices for the team.
- Build across the full stack to deliver reliable experiences.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to solve user problems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Mentor team members and help evolve AI-native engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and operating consumer-scale services.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in cloud development using Java, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Experience with agentic workflows and prompt engineering.
- A track record of using AI tools as a genuine development partner.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Empathy for users and a passion for defining AI-Native practices.
