Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets.
- Articulate the benefits of Netskope's architecture to target audiences.
- Construct best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept exercises.
- Resolve customer satisfaction issues and advocate for customers.
- Understand customer needs and position the product as the best solution.
- Present the Netskope cloud security solution to prospective customers.
- Work independently on high-value projects.
- Mentor Solution Engineers in the team.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations.
- Gather customer technical requirements.
- Participate in trade shows as necessary.
- Provide insights on competitive solutions.
- Create evaluation test plans and manage the evaluation process.
- Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
- Present at conferences and seminars.
- Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions/System Engineer.
- Proven track record of presenting technical information at executive levels.
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth.
- Comfortable with complex, high-value projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide other Solutions Engineers.
- Experience with systems installation and administration across various platforms.
- Proficient in mobile device technologies and operating systems.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with information security solutions.
- Experience with Cloud Identity Providers and public cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
