Responsibilities
- Act as a Salesforce development subject matter expert and technical point of contact.
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of Salesforce applications.
- Guide developers through technical decisions and mentor them on best practices.
- Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development speed and consistency.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, design discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with consultants, testers, business analysts, and dependent teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with the posting specifying 5–7 years.
- Strong Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience integrating Salesforce through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Exposure to AI-powered development tools and automation techniques.
- Ability to guide teams, make technical decisions, communicate effectively, and solve complex problems.
- Experience with Agile delivery environments and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce AI Associate and Agentforce Specialist certifications are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
