Responsibilities
- Act as a Salesforce development subject matter expert and lead the design, development, and configuration of Salesforce applications.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned workstreams and guide developers through technical decisions.
- Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, quality, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
- Develop and integrate Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools and automation techniques to improve development speed and consistency.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, testers, business analysts, and dependent teams to resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to design and architecture discussions, estimation, sprint planning, delivery commitments, and risk identification.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor developers on best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with the additional information specifying 5–7 years.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Exposure to AI-powered development tools, automation techniques, and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Ability to guide teams, make technical decisions, communicate effectively, and solve complex problems.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce AI Associate and Agentforce Specialist certifications are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
