Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to deliver exceptional solution presentations for clients.
- Drive and own the technical evaluation process, including discovery and custom demonstrations.
- Design and manage customer-specific proof of value projects.
- Assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
- Analyze and improve complex business processes through business process mapping.
- Implement and optimize AI-driven workflows and solutions.
- Coach and enable other Solutions Engineers and partners on ClickUp’s platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience selling to Enterprise clients.
- 8+ years in a customer-facing role with technology.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
- Creative problem solver with a technical background.
- Experience coaching or leading cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI LLMs and integration platforms.
