Responsibilities
- Translate business needs and customer requirements into scalable end-to-end IT solutions.
- Analyze and refine requirements, user stories, business processes, and functional specifications.
- Design solutions across applications, services, APIs, system interfaces, data flows, and mappings.
- Create and maintain solution designs, process models, interface specifications, system documentation, guidelines, and blueprints.
- Identify system dependencies, interface partners, integration impacts, and relevant non-functional requirements.
- Evaluate solution alternatives and communicate recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business analysts, developers, architects, DevOps teams, and system engineers.
- Support implementation, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement activities.
- Analyze existing mobile radio network systems and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in solution design, software architecture, business analysis, or a related role in complex IT environments.
- Experience designing business applications and end-to-end IT solutions across multiple systems.
- Knowledge of microservice-based architectures, distributed systems, API-driven integration, system dependencies, and integration patterns.
- Ability to create UML and BPMN models, including process, activity, sequence, and use-case diagrams.
- Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements and converting them into implementable solutions.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and tools such as Swagger or Postman.
- Experience with Agile methods such as Scrum in cross-functional teams.
- English communication skills at least at B2 level.
- Knowledge of mobile telecommunications or mobile radio network infrastructure is desirable.
- Experience with IT guidelines, solution blueprints, architecture documentation, testing, implementation, and rollout is desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, structured-thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, diplomacy, and customer-orientation skills.
