Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex solution design activities across applications, infrastructure, interfaces, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into application and system designs aligned with technology roadmaps.
- Design, develop, implement, and support applications and microservices using Power Platform and Azure-related technologies.
- Lead multiple complex technology solutions, contribute to technology roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as solution lead in design reviews and ensure solutions align with business requirements and architectural direction.
- Provide senior-level technical consultation to management and technical teams.
- Support and mentor junior designers and developers through knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications and microservices.
- Expertise in most of MS Graph API, Microsoft Teams development, Microsoft 365 integrations, Azure services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Key Vault, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Platform.
- Proficiency in one or more of C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks and libraries for APIs and backend services, such as ASP.NET Core and Node.js.
- Ability to lead complex solution design, make technology selection decisions, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder consultation, design review, mentoring, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
