Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using C# and .NET.
- Architect and optimize MS SQL database solutions for performance and scalability.
- Build interactive browser-based user interfaces and rich visualizations using ASP.NET MVC and Angular.
- Implement containerization and deployment strategies for cloud environments.
- Ensure API security, documentation, and adherence to enterprise standards.
- Research and implement technologies that improve development efficiency.
- Participate in agile sprints and technical design reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience building large-scale applications or APIs in C#.
- Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Angular, or similar single-page application frameworks.
- Expertise designing and implementing RESTful APIs and API frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL query optimization.
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience implementing browser-based user interfaces.
- Preferred experience with OAuth for API security.
- Preferred experience with Apache Spark or distributed data processing frameworks.
- Preferred experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
