Base Salary
$117k - $177k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and ship production-grade security software using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code automation to provision and manage security systems across global environments.
- Develop and maintain Configuration-as-Code for security policy governance and validate and deploy changes through CI/CD pipelines.
- Support application-control policies, tuning, and ongoing management.
- Maintain secure internet access solutions, including SASE architectures, TLS inspection, and secure browser technologies.
- Design systems that integrate AI agents into security workflows and maintain shared system context for reliable AI operation.
- Evaluate human- and AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with Security, IT, and CSIRT teams to improve security controls.
- Document security processes and procedures and implement improvements to security systems and processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a large-scale enterprise security environment.
- Software development experience in one or more languages such as Golang, Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience automating infrastructure or operational workflows with scripting languages such as Bash or Python and tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Proficiency with container-based development and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and services, including containers, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- An AI-first engineering approach, experience using AI development tools, and advanced prompt-engineering skills.
- A demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining security-process documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: workflow automation or DevSecOps experience; application-control, secure-browser, Socket firewall, Proofpoint, or SASE platform experience; experience securing AI and LLM workflows; and CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Security+, or similar certification.

- The stated annual base salary range is $117,200–$176,700, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
