- Extract realistic tasks from linked repositories and tickets.
- Build environments based on real company workflows.
- Augment datasets with synthetic variants while maintaining realism.
- Run experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of data enrichments.
Requirements
- Experience in training or fine-tuning machine learning models.
- A creative mindset with a preference for selecting impactful problems.
- Interest in applied machine learning with real data.
- Familiarity with AI tools integrated into daily workflows.
