Responsibilities
- Design and instruct solution frameworks for the Salesforce development team.
- Develop customized Salesforce solutions supporting business functions, project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Create proofs of concept for stakeholders and lead solution meetings with customers.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Integrate systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Configure Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce, including Agentforce automation and Prompt Builder.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
- Maintain Salesforce application code and configurations, enhance business processes, and ensure application health.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Six to eight years of software development and Salesforce integration experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience developing customer-facing applications.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, relational database management systems, JavaScript, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and SFDX.
- Hands-on experience with web services and REST and SOAP integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce configuration.
