Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot, Apache Camel, and related technologies.
- Build and maintain high-volume messaging and integration layers using JMS, WebSphere MQ, TIBCO EMS, and OSGi.
- Lead application analysis, performance tuning, and measurement to meet production reliability and throughput standards.
- Provide Tier 3 production support and diagnose critical issues using Thread Dump Analyser, Memory Analyser Tool, Samurai, and related JVM troubleshooting tools.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review across the software development lifecycle.
- Implement and recommend post-deployment security measures and assess technical and operational risks.
- Advise senior stakeholders, mentor junior colleagues, and guide engineering standards and development practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining enterprise shared services.
- Demonstrated expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency with Apache Camel, JMS, WebSphere MQ, TIBCO EMS, and OSGi in large-scale transactional environments.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development, SSL, and Git-based source control workflows.
- Experience with Docker and OpenShift for deploying and managing application workloads.
- Experience with Agile development lifecycles, sprint planning, iterative delivery, and continuous integration practices.
- Proficiency with GitHub, uDeploy, and SonarQube for build automation, deployment, and code quality management.
- Solid SQL knowledge for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting relational data sources.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Samurai, Thread Dump Analyser, Linux command-line administration, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Lightspeed CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
