Base Salary
$112k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Success leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
- Translate ambiguous business ideas into program roadmaps with outcomes and milestones.
- Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI development platforms.
- Design and connect AI systems using APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources.
- Develop prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows that improve AI output quality and reliability.
- Evaluate and iterate on solutions using user feedback, business outcomes, and emerging best practices.
- Create documentation, implementation guides, and best practices for AI adoption.
- Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and office hours to improve organizational AI fluency.
- Collaborate with the centralized AI engineering team and other engineering teams on production-grade implementations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, automation, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Claude or other leading LLM platforms, including prompt engineering, skills, agents, and AI workflows.
- Experience integrating AI with APIs, internal systems, or data sources to improve business workflows.
- Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions based on user feedback and business needs.
- Strong technical problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, and AI enablement skills.
- Ability to partner with engineering teams to scale successful solutions into production.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $112,000-$168,000 USD, excluding additional bonus, variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
- May require up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
