Base Salary
$224k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build software automating recruiting workflows, including recruiter-system synchronization, interviewer capacity visibility, and offer-driven onboarding.
- Create finance and capital-planning systems that convert purchase orders, contracts, milestones, budgets, and spending into cash forecasts, payment schedules, and capital-release workflows.
- Parse MSAs, change orders, and side letters into structured obligations, prices, deadlines, penalties, and SLAs with attached source clauses.
- Embed with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, recruiting, and people teams to convert approvals, contract terms, screens, and reconciliations into structured data and generated work.
- Design, ship, and operate production software autonomously while driving adoption with domain experts.
Requirements
- Production software development experience in Go, Python, or TypeScript, with the ability to learn additional languages as needed.
- Experience building real features with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
- Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor and enabling agents to perform useful autonomous work.
- Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship without waiting for direction or approval.
- Ability to move quickly under deadlines while creating maintainable foundations for other engineers.
- Credibility working with finance leaders, lawyers, recruiters, auditors, or other non-engineering experts and driving software adoption in real workflows.
- Strong product judgment and ability to create interfaces and workflows that match how domain experts work.
- Preferred experience with ERP and fixed-asset accounting, FP&A, cash forecasting, capital planning, structured finance, treasury operations, contract lifecycle systems, ATS or HRIS integrations, or LLM extraction from legal and financial documents.
- Preferred experience integrating Ashby, Greenhouse, Rippling, or Workday.
