Responsibilities
- Serve as a key client-facing technical expert within the Software Solutions Delivery Team.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement Axon technology for public safety clients.
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, both remotely and on-site.
- Engage with leadership in public safety agencies to communicate project progress and risks.
- Partner with account management to ensure client needs are addressed.
- Champion high standards of service delivery for Axon software deployments.
- Identify and assess data conversion and integration requirements.
- Design and document comprehensive data conversion plans and methodologies.
- Work closely with product management and technical stakeholders to understand agency goals.
- Utilize and contribute to a library of data tools and best practices.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize data conversion processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years experience in analyzing and developing technical systems and software solutions.
- Hands-on experience with API structures and systems integration (REST, SOAP).
- Basic to intermediate skills in SQL, Python, and Azure Cloud tools.
- Data-mapping project experience for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and data management tools.
- Ability to manage technical projects remotely and at client sites.
- Demonstrated understanding of enterprise software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise software in a regulated environment.
- Project Management experience and/or certifications preferred.
- Willingness to drive company-wide initiatives across multiple departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience deploying Records Management Systems or Computer Aided Dispatch in public safety is a plus.
