$293k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and operate low-latency configuration delivery systems for progressive rollouts across OpenAI products
- Build scalable data ingestion and analytics infrastructure for experimentation, product analytics, and feature performance monitoring
- Improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of core infrastructure at global scale
- Optimize query performance and data availability for experimentation and analytics workflows
- Lead large technical initiatives and shape the architecture of experimentation and rollout infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems with strict performance and reliability requirements
- Experience solving low-latency systems problems, including real-time configuration delivery, high-throughput ingestion pipelines, or large-scale analytics systems
- Experience building and optimizing large-scale data platforms or event pipelines
- Strong focus on system reliability, observability, and operational excellence in production environments
- Ability to own complex technical problems end to end
