Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end development of care agent tooling from design through production.
- Build and evolve integrations between the contact center platform and backend systems.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of business-critical agent tools.
- Partner with care operations to understand workflows and improve resolution speed.
- Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing capabilities and constraints.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions.
- Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record in production systems.
- Proven ability to own complex systems or features end-to-end.
- Experience integrating with third-party platforms or vendor systems.
- Comfortable partnering with internal teams to translate workflows into technical solutions.
- Strong focus on reliability and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives work forward.
