Responsibilities

Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex production application issues and provide expert guidance to L1 and L2 support teams.
Manage critical incidents, conduct root cause analysis, implement permanent solutions, and maintain SLA compliance.
Maintain and enhance legacy VB6 applications and support bug fixes and minor feature additions for .NET and C# applications.
Debug legacy and modern codebases, optimize business logic, and support application upgrades, patches, and production enhancements.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views on MS SQL Server.
Support Crystal Reports and SSRS solutions through report troubleshooting, performance tuning, and reliability improvements.
Perform data validation, corrections, impact analysis, and reporting accuracy checks in partnership with business users.
Provide technical mentoring, participate in code reviews and solution design, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.

3–5 years of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and supporting software solutions using VB6, MS SQL, and .NET Core.
Expert-level VB6 experience is mandatory, along with experience using .NET Core and C#.
Experience across requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
Working knowledge of .NET Core 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Postman.
Experience using Azure DevOps and supporting MS SQL Server, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
Understanding of object-oriented programming and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong English communication, documentation, analytical reasoning, attention to detail, flexibility, and customer-service orientation.
