Responsibilities
- Own the customer account platform end-to-end, including provisioning, identity, memberships, roles, region and storage routing, and dependent records.
- Develop and maintain the Back Office control plane used by internal operators.
- Identify customer-related process bottlenecks and solve them with durable, maintainable engineering solutions.
- Build integrations with external systems to support seamless workflows.
- Deliver internal tooling across APIs, automation, integrations, and light frontend development.
- Collaborate with People, IT, Operations, and Product teams to understand problems and ship solutions.
Requirements
- Experienced software engineer comfortable owning systems where correctness and potential blast radius matter.
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused approach to choosing the right solution for current needs.
- Comfort working across APIs, integrations, automation, and light frontend development.
- Comfort working with TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, Notion AI/Serval, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate operational problems into technical solutions.
- Product mindset toward internal users, including user engagement, rapid iteration, and impact measurement.
- Experience building customer management platforms or workflow automation is a strong plus.
