- Design and drive end-to-end enterprise and digital architectures for insurance companies.
- Lead current-state architecture assessments and define future-state target architectures.
- Develop and implement scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions involving InsureMO.
- Support embedded finance solutions and insurance core and digital transformations.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product and partner teams, engineering teams, and enterprise architecture functions.
- Translate business objectives into practical technology solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate architecture discussions, workshops, and governance reviews.
- Support implementations involving PAS, middleware, and digital solutions while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and patterns.
- Provide hands-on implementation expertise throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and platform teams while focusing on application and data architecture.
Requirements
- Any graduate qualification.
- Experienced, hands-on technology strategy or architecture consulting experience.
- Experience with insurance core transformations in life, non-life, or both insurance areas.
- Experience with core and digital transformations for insurance companies in India.
- At least one InsureMO implementation.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, architecture design, and delivery execution abilities.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience working across data products, enterprise applications, and integration-heavy ecosystems.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery involvement.
