Responsibilities
- Own the overall solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain projects.
- Lead workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders, project teams, and decision-makers.
- Ensure business processes and system solutions support organizational goals and needs.
- Identify solution gaps and recommend appropriate options.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and functional consultants to deliver a coherent solution.
- Contribute to estimates, proposals, and business development in cooperation with the sales organization.
- Support customers throughout the transformation journey from strategy and design through implementation and change management.
- Help develop customers, colleagues, and Avanade’s ERP offering.
Requirements
- Several years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, or in a similar leadership role.
- Deep understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Experience leading major ERP implementations and transformation projects.
- Ability to translate business needs into sustainable solution designs.
- Experience with workshops, requirements analysis, and process design.
- Good understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Experience working in international or complex business environments.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, integration architecture, Power Platform AI and automation initiatives, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, or program and transformation leadership is advantageous.
