Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for distributed, containerized applications.
- Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes platforms across AWS and other cloud environments.
- Implement and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines for testing, security scanning, and deployment.
- Mature GitOps workflows using modern tooling for continuous software delivery.
- Deploy and support platform services for DOW tenant application teams.
- Build and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Develop automation to enhance platform reliability and operational efficiency.
- Configure and maintain Kubernetes networking technologies.
- Deploy and support observability platforms for monitoring and logging.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate security throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or related fields.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker environments.
- Experience with provisioning and maintaining compliant Kubernetes clusters.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and container networking technologies.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms for enterprise workloads.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Runners.
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.
- Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days of employment.
