Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and architect new open-source libraries, pipelines, and APIs for LLM observability.
- Collaborate with the AI open-source community to gather feedback and guide project direction.
- Prototype and iterate on state-of-the-art LLM techniques for practical developer tooling.
- Integrate insights into existing platforms to improve observability and debugging of LLMs.
- Create educational content such as blog posts and tutorials to support developers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with popular LLM frameworks and prompt engineering techniques.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for writing isomorphic code across various environments.
- A proven track record of contributions to open-source projects or active engagement in developer communities.
- Familiarity with ML observability tools and debugging AI applications is a plus.
