Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural evolution and backend execution for Flock's investigative workflows.
- Design and deploy high-performance orchestration backends for complex workflows.
- Engineer high-throughput integration pipelines linking conversational interfaces to microservices.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning and Data Engineering teams to bridge LLM outputs with internal APIs.
Requirements
- Proficient in writing performant production code in Python or TypeScript.
- Deep database proficiency with PostgreSQL, OLAP databases, and Redis.
- Experience implementing agentic workflows and prompt engineering with LLM APIs.
- Strong background in cloud-native infrastructure, including AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Ability to translate ambiguous technical problems into clear architectural roadmaps.
