Base Salary
$172k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, scale, and maintain high-throughput backend data pipelines.
- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and distributed storage systems.
- Lead service migrations toward Go-heavy patterns while maintaining TypeScript services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new pipeline features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor peer engineers.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript backend patterns.
- Strong capability to scale up quickly in Go.
- Experience in designing and operating distributed systems under heavy data loads.
- Strong backend database and pub/sub experience with PostgreSQL and other technologies.
- Practical cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
