Responsibilities
- Design the product backbone by working directly with users, translating their pain points into product improvements, and prototyping or writing production code.
- Transform deployment learnings into reusable product features, data models, and operational playbooks.
- Lead end-to-end full-stack rollouts, including scoping, onboarding, integrations, and training.
- Align IT teams, engineers, and C-level executives across Germany, the EU, and the US.
- Work with the CEO and CTO to shape Dryft’s product foundation and scaling strategy.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English communication skills.
- Ability to translate customer and ERP problems into intuitive product features.
- Strong systems thinking across code, operations, data, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills with both shop-floor operators and executive stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel 10–30% across Germany, the US, Mexico, and other customer locations.
