Responsibilities
- Translate application designs into Angular and Java Spring Boot code for customer-facing digital banking and credit card features.
- Develop, configure, debug, and document web frontend and microservice applications.
- Create, maintain, and execute BDD automated and manual test scripts, including integration and end-to-end tests.
- Create and maintain test plans, exit reports, traceability, test data, test cases, and defect records.
- Analyze root causes, triage defects, support production releases, and participate in postproduction activities.
- Perform functional, responsive web design, ADA accessibility, and acceptance-criteria validation.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, Scrum meetings, retrospectives, audits, and process improvement activities.
- Use AI-assisted tools to support code generation, refactoring, debugging, unit testing, API scaffolding, Angular components, and Spring Boot boilerplate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related STEM field, or comparable work experience.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in full-stack or Angular development and/or testing.
- Basic familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development concepts.
- Exposure to Selenium and Cucumber is a plus.
- Exposure to or interest in OpenShift is desirable but not required.
- Basic working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn, work independently, take ownership, communicate effectively, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.
