Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery and ongoing support of software projects.
- Contribute to the design of new features.
- Review peers’ code and advocate for standard methodologies.
- Facilitate engineering discussions and mentor junior engineers.
- Design, deliver, debug, and maintain frontend user interfaces and back-end software systems.
- Raise standards for systems design, testing, code quality, and maintainability across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience or relevant transferable skills.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, ES6, React, and TypeScript for frontend user interfaces.
- Experience with multiple modern development technologies for frontend and back-end software systems.
- Recognition as a technical leader with impact beyond the immediate team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Authorization to work in Mexico.
