Responsibilities

Define and drive the architecture for TeamViewer’s AI platform and ecosystem capabilities.
Establish architectural standards and best practices for AI-powered products, integrations, and platform services.
Design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions for enterprise-grade AI experiences.
Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance across multiple engineering teams.
Define testing, evaluation, observability, and monitoring approaches for quality and reliability.
Partner with engineering, product, and security teams on innovation, customer value, and risk management.
Mentor senior engineers and architects and promote engineering excellence.
Drive strategic technology decisions related to AI platforms, integrations, scalability, and maintainability.

10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience in software architecture and distributed systems.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern cloud-native application development.
Experience designing and delivering AI-powered applications, platforms, or agent-based systems in production.
Proven ability to define technical strategy and guide large-scale architecture initiatives across multiple teams.
Strong understanding of security, governance, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence in enterprise software.
Experience establishing testing, monitoring, and quality practices for complex software systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and business audiences.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
