Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, troubleshoot, patch, and upgrade an on-premises ServiceNow production instance.
- Develop and test requested enhancements in development and sandbox environments before migrating changes to production.
- Configure tables, forms, lists, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, users, groups, roles, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Write and debug JavaScript for Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Support the Linux-based ITSM backend and related systems.
- Assist with licensing changes, instance upgrades, security requirements, roadmap development, and project reporting.
- Gather requirements from nontechnical stakeholders and translate them into platform configurations and business process solutions.
Requirements
- BS degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- A high school diploma with an additional 2 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
- Top Secret security clearance.
- ServiceNow data schema, table relationship, dot-walking, configuration, administration, workflow, reporting, Update Sets, and on-premises upgrade experience.
- Foundational HTML, CSS, and XML knowledge and JavaScript scripting and debugging experience.
- Linux experience supporting and upgrading an ITSM platform backend.
- Completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course and IAT II certification.
- Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or another ServiceNow certification, or the ability to obtain one within three months of hire.
- Preferred qualifications include ITIL v3/v4 Foundations certification and ServiceNow REST/SOAP API experience.
