Base Salary
$81k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on documented business and functional requirements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including scripts, business rules, UI policies, workflows, and data structures.
- Support data migration from legacy systems and validate data integrity and appropriate ServiceNow schemas.
- Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and external systems and applications.
- Create technical documentation covering configurations, customizations, data schemas, and technical decisions.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
- Support end-user training, change management, incident resolution, and problem resolution.
- Maintain security, compliance, ServiceNow platform knowledge, certifications, and training.
- Mentor Associate ServiceNow Developers and share solutions and lessons learned with the practice.
- Coordinate with architects, business analysts, project managers, implementation specialists, support teams, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work within the United States.
- One or more additional mainline ServiceNow certifications are preferred, including Application Developer, CIS–Discovery, CIS–IT Service Management, CIS–Service Mapping, CIS–Software Asset Management, CIS–Hardware Asset Management, CIS–Event Management, or CIS–Performance Analytics.
- Hands-on experience configuring or building five or more ServiceNow applications, with more than 480 hours on each application.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, best practices, Now Assist features, AI Agent capabilities, and third-party AI integrations.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles.
- Strong JavaScript and GlideScript skills, workflow configuration experience, business rule development experience, UI customization experience, and complex workflow development experience.
- Understanding of integration techniques with external systems and experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
