Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-2 support for the Streaming Hub application and troubleshoot customer issues related to inventory registration, targeting, UI functionality, applications, infrastructure, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Streaming Hub UI components and debug application code across distributed systems.
- Build automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Participate in production support, live event monitoring, incident response, release validation, production verification, and post-release monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineering, client services, and other stakeholders to resolve customer issues and document operational best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience programming in Python and/or Go (Golang).
- Experience troubleshooting web applications and distributed systems, with a basic understanding of frontend technologies and UI development.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with AWS or OCI, including exposure to EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Route 53, and Lambda.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git.
- Strong Linux fundamentals, basic networking knowledge, and understanding of secure software development and operational best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may also be considered.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, ownership, and prioritization skills.
