Responsibilities
- Build automation for operational tasks, deployments, and routine platform management.
- Own operational standards, runbooks, and service transition into a supportable state.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response tooling.
- Improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement.
- Coordinate technical operations across platform and delivery teams, including on-call practices.
- Use agentic AI tooling as the default approach to building and delivering work.
- Maintain architecture and technical documentation as part of the definition of done.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on automation engineering experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Bicep in a large organization.
- Operations and SRE-style experience running production cloud services.
- Scripting and tooling experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
- Experience with service transition and operational readiness.
- Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Good English language skills are mandatory.
- Experience operating AI or data platform workloads is preferred.
- On-call, SLO/SLA management, and continuous improvement or process automation experience are preferred.
