Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage a dedicated UAT environment that reliably mirrors production.
- Automate environment provisioning and promotion from development through UAT and release for SaaS and on-premises products.
- Integrate automated testing, security checks, secrets management, and per-environment configuration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve build and deployment reliability and reduce release cycle time.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for delivery and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product Owners on release readiness and acceptance processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Hands-on production experience with containerized applications.
- Experience building and managing staging, UAT, or test environments used by QA teams.
- Experience with both multi-tenant SaaS platforms and on-premises enterprise deployments.
- Proficiency with tooling such as Terraform, GitOps, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.
- Development experience with Golang, Java, or Python is preferred.
