Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner on the technical vision and quality bar for the division.
- Lead large, ambiguous projects end-to-end.
- Support maturing channels and evolve technical stacks.
- Mentor engineers at every level through code and architecture reviews.
- Champion reliability and operability across systems.
- Write code and design foundational systems and frameworks.
Requirements
- Have 10+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership.
- Proficient in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend environments like TypeScript and React.
- Experience designing and shipping foundational infrastructure.
- Strong architectural judgment and ability to simplify complex problems.
- Effective communicator and mentor with a track record of driving projects.
- Bonus experience in shared component libraries, real-time systems, and developer experience tooling.
