Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain products and systems powering the core platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Participate in blueprinting, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Implement full-stack solutions and work directly with customers to gather feedback.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required.
- A growth mindset and curiosity about business context and user needs are required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability when owning tasks and deliverables are required.
- A team-oriented attitude with humility and openness to new ideas is required.
