Responsibilities
- Design and maintain internal tools and frameworks for testing.
- Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps and SRE teams.
- Consult on the testability of microservices and ensure platform scalability.
- Define and implement company-wide quality processes.
- Mentor engineers and promote a 'Quality First' mindset.
Requirements
- Possess an ownership mindset and be a self-starter.
- Have strong coding fundamentals in languages like Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience in testing within complex, distributed microservices environments.
- Knowledge of containerization with Docker.
- Affinity for GitOps/DevOps cultures, with experience in ArgoCD or GitHub Actions being a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English.
