Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize AI security controls across endpoints, SaaS environments, and runtime interactions.
- Maintain AI asset inventories and security posture visibility across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Integrate automated AI security red-team testing into application development workflows.
- Serve as the technical contact for the AI Security Platform vendor and influence its product roadmap.
- Tune platform architecture for enterprise scalability, performance, low latency, and rigorous inspection.
- Partner with the SOC to develop playbooks for AI-specific security incidents.
- Drive improvements to AI cybersecurity tooling, event detection, correlation, and incident response.
- Maintain platform, operational, contact, and security-finding documentation for knowledge sharing and audits.
Requirements
- Experience managing a large-scale enterprise security solution, including capability roadmapping and operational change management.
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, MCP servers, AI agent frameworks, agent loops, agent red teaming, model routing, model gateways, guardrails, context windows, and private versus public AI.
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act, OWASP LLM Top 10, and emerging AI regulatory and security frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native security tools and API integrations across cloud, network, security SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection, endpoint security, development IDEs, and agentic coding tools.
- Experience with data loss prevention tailored to LLMs and generative AI prompts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal, independent-work, and teamwork skills.
